Joe's Socks

Joe was a generous host on our way through Washington. He's allergic to wool so I'm making him socks from Panda Cotton from Crystal Palace Yarns. 59% bamboo, 25% cotton, 16% elastic nylon.

I made this purchase from my usual supplier The Loopy Ewe

Scrap Socks

These were half finished before heading off. The yarn is mostly from the Madeline Tosh Sock 100% wool leftovers I've accumulated for maybe several years... looks rather similar to the ones I've just fnished...
They're quite creative ...anyway since wool socks wear out quite quickly Marco is delighted to have another pair.

Back in Wellington

Finished!

Completed the sewing this morning. As you can see I don't block socks. They're for a smaller ladies foot as the side panels are somewhat lacy. They are for someone, I just don't know who yet...more will be revealed.
